Mopho Gumbo!

Every Thursday Chef Paul whips up this contemporary take on New Orleans Gumbo, starting with a hearty fermented black bean base, Poche's Andouille Sausage, P&J Oysters, and Jumbo Gulf Shrimp, served over a dill & turmeric potato salad seasoned with grilled Chisesi Ham!  No, it's not traditional, but that's why you came to a restaurant called MOPHO!!!
