Super Swine Saturdays

Every Friday night, while you are sleeping peacefully, one of our insomniac Mophos sits up all night and roasts a whole hog over pecan wood in our outdoor pit so that we can serve it all day Saturday (and into Sunday, if we don't run out) for your dining pleasure!

The Pork (or Cochon as Le French like to call it) is available as a platter (with fresh herbs, house-made Roti Bread and Nuoc Cham dipping sauce), over a Rice or Vermicelli Bowl, in a fresh Springroll, on a "Po-Mi Sandwich" or you can add it to your Pho!

(AND every third Saturday of the month we roast a whole Lamb instead!)
